Veritas’ Worldwide Sales and Marketing team propels company growth by driving all aspects of sales and marketing, including direct and channel sales, global sales enablement and all marketing functions.

As a member of Veritas Maintenance Renewal organisation, the Renewal Sales Account Executive will have an overall responsibility for generating renewal revenue in a defined territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations

  • Generate revenue

  • Meet and exceed sales retention/growth quotas

  • Generate quotes

  • Book orders

  • Work directly with the Maintenance Renewal Sales Support Team, to ensure the accuracy of quotes

  • Work directly with Veritas Partners

  • Work closely with other internal Veritas organisations

  • Ensure customer support issues are escalated to the appropriate department

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Must speak fluent Arabic

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Renewals, Sales Support or Customer Service

  • Experience with Microsoft Office family solutions

  • Database experience, Oracle Financial preferred

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner

  • Excellent decision making skills with ability to identify, prioritise and ability to show good judgment in decision making when necessary

  • Able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and display a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Cross functional teamwork

  • Driven to meet business targets
