WORK YOU’LL DO

As a Local Technology Support member, you will be responsible for supporting our office in Thessaloniki in terms of end user Workstation and Mobile support. Support Video and Audio conferences in our office, monitoring and support local network infrastructure and report any outages. You will be responsible for our Local Technology Asset Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Asset Management

  • Local User IT Support (Tier 1 and 2 support) for Windows and Mac operating systems,

  • Printing Support

  • Audio and Visual Support (meeting rooms videoconference systems)

  • Network and server maintenance, assisting global support teams

Enabling and training new employees (laptop imaging, mobile configuration, asset assignment)

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR? 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Support, or similar relevant degree

  • Previous working experience as IT Technician for (4) years

  • Working experience and knowledge of Workstation and Mobile Operating Systems

  • Familiarity with network support (e.g TCP/IP, Cabling, Patching)

  • Ticketing systems for IT Support requests and Asset Management  (ServiceNow)

  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
