Job Description Summary:

This role provides program support for key Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives and is responsible for the maintenance, communication and tracking of leadership development programs throughout OhioHealth. This role requires a level of ownership and accountability, appropriate communication with leadership audiences in written and spoken conversations, self-driven initiative to make process improvements in the organization and administration of program logistics, and data analysis to recommend changes or inform the Leadership Academy strategic planning team. This is a matrixed hybrid role that supports multiple leaders, programs and functions of the Leadership Development and Organization Effectiveness team. It requires on-site support of in-person programs and occasional travel to regional sites may be needed.

Responsibilities And Duties:

1. Program Administration 40-60%
a. Coordinates activities and functions to support the Leadership Academy and High Potential talent development programs and processes.
b. Collaborates with team members and subject matter experts to ensure optimum program utilization and effectiveness.
c. Advises leaders on utilization status, trends, and opportunities.
d. Understands the broad impact of programs and actively supports the team in achieving strategic goals.
e. Proactively seeks process improvements/efficiencies for continuous improvement.  Communicates with program managers, multiple leaders and learners to enable high quality learning experiences.

2. Communication 30-50%
a. Coordinates wide range communication regarding program status and updates.
b. Effectively communicates Leadership Development and High Potential program expectations and instructions to all attendees.
c. Appropriately monitors, tracks, and responds to emails within the team email account.
d. Provides wide-ranging program updates to team members (calendars to data analysis).
e. Explains detailed information to teammates, registered learners, and system leaders. 

3. Team Support 20-30%
a. Responsible for program and event planning, coordinating team meetings. 
b. Creates data collection surveys and completes preliminary data analysis.
c. Owns, organizes, and coordinates the team mailbox, calendars and Microsoft Teams page.
d. Tracks overall team data from programs, prepares reports and presents results of learning initiatives. Navigates both direct reporting relationships and some matrixed reporting relationships to help support various programs across all parts of Leadership Development.

Bachelor's Degree
