Job Description Summary:
This role provides program support for key Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness initiatives and is responsible for the maintenance, communication and tracking of leadership development programs throughout OhioHealth. This role requires a level of ownership and accountability, appropriate communication with leadership audiences in written and spoken conversations, self-driven initiative to make process improvements in the organization and administration of program logistics, and data analysis to recommend changes or inform the Leadership Academy strategic planning team. This is a matrixed hybrid role that supports multiple leaders, programs and functions of the Leadership Development and Organization Effectiveness team. It requires on-site support of in-person programs and occasional travel to regional sites may be needed.Responsibilities And Duties:
