The Data/Information Management, Senior Manager (Vice President) accomplishes strategic outcomes through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). He/She embeds deep subject matter and Banking industry expertise within Operations' Business Intelligence (BI) coupled with AI-led decision intelligence.
The VP, Pillar head owns strategic client relationships and value delivery for Operations BI engagements — translating business outcomes into analytics, BI, and AI solutions that improve cost, control, CX, and decision-making across Citi’s Personal Banking Operational functions.
Requires in-depth understanding of how operational functions collectively integrate and contribute to the objectives of Citi. Commercial awareness is an added advantage. Proficient exec-level communication, change management and diplomacy skills are 'must-haves' in this role to guide, influence and convince key business partners / stakeholders. The candidate will have responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area.
