As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. The role includes assisting in the definition of detailed requirements and contributing to the design of software applications that align with organizational processes. Throughout the day, there is a focus on ensuring that the solutions developed effectively support business objectives while maintaining alignment with application standards. This position requires active engagement in problem-solving and continuous communication with team members to refine and enhance application designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of application designs that meet specified needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software applications.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM.
- Experience with data management and lifecycle processes within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle management ILM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
