About the role

As an Appier Technical Solutions Engineer (Greater China Region), you will work closely with Account Management and Sales teams to deliver seamless campaign onboarding, technical integration, and troubleshooting for clients. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions for both internal teams and clients, and proactively optimize workflows to improve efficiency across the campaign lifecycle. You will also act as a domain expert, channeling market insights and client feedback to the product team to help shape and improve Appier's products.

 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Management and Sales teams to support client onboarding and technical integration of Appier Solutions and tracking technologies into websites and mobile apps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the campaign lifecycle; analyze campaign metrics to identify anomalies, diagnose root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to accelerate problem-solving, data analysis, and solution delivery across the campaign lifecycle.
• Act as a domain expert by consolidating market insights and client feedback, and communicating requirements to the product team.

 

About you

[Minimum qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of website structures; able to read, trace, and debug HTML and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants or equivalent) to solve problems and improve productivity.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with a strong team-player mindset, a solution-oriented approach, and a fast-learning agility.

[Preferred qualifications]

• Knowledge of iOS and/or Android mobile app ecosystems (e.g., SDK integration).
• Experience in digital advertising or the ad tech industry; familiarity with tracking pixels, Tag Management Systems (e.g., GTM), and mobile attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Experience designing, developing, or extensively leveraging AI-powered tools and applications to solve complex technical challenges, enhance data analysis, or improve workflows.
