Job Description

The Opportunity

With the goal to achieve Agency Transformation at Manulife Philippines, the Digital Acquisition Lead will accelerate the development, implementation, and scaling of digital acquisition for distribution talent and customers. This role involves creating and executing a comprehensive Distribution Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and engage top talent for Agency advisors and leaders.

Responsibilities

1) Acquisition Strategy Development

  • Develop a robust Distribution Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top-tier talent.

  • Identify the right segments to target for talent acquisition for Agency advisors and leaders.

2) Proposition Development

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop compelling propositions that attract the targeted talent segments.

  • Ensure propositions effectively communicate the benefits and opportunities of an Agency career.

3) Communication Strategy

  • Work with the Marketing team to develop a comprehensive communication strategy.

  • Share the developed propositions with the targeted talent segments through appropriate digital channels.

4) Program Planning and Execution

  • Plan, calendarize, and execute programs designed to attract the identified target segments.

  • Organize sessions (both physical and virtual) to introduce potential candidates to the Agency career path.

5) Performance Measurement and Improvement

  • Continuously measure the effectiveness of each activity and initiative.

  • Modify and improve strategies and programs based on performance data to enhance outcomes and results​

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in digital acquisition and talent acquisition strategies

  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with marketing teams

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly

  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Excellent analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, and align strategies

  • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and identifying trends

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong level of knowledge and understanding of agency distribution will be advantageous

  • Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in a business role

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, mass communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
