Job Summary

Responsible for providing support to the AE Service Teams. Handle projects, clerical assignments, 
administrative and data entry duties as directed. 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Process Policies, Certificates, Endorsement requests, Correspondence, Filing, Faxes, Copying, Invoicing, and other administrative support as needed for the AE Service Teams.
  • Prepare certificates and Auto ID cards.
  • Enter data and ensure accuracy of data input into Agency Management System (Sagitta).
  • Enter data into Document Management System (WorkSmart).
  • Operate office equipment.
  • Set-up and maintain electronic files that conform to company standards.
  • Resolve routine issues and use sound judgement in referring more complex issues to the Service Team.
  • Create diaries in Sagitta and WorkSmart for account specific workflows and service plans, as directed.
  • Assist with other administrative support duties as needed.
  • Answer, direct and/or handle phone calls, as applicable.
  • Open, sort and distribute mail, as applicable.

 

Other Functions

  • Adhere to Company Policies, Procedures, Processes and Guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an insurance or office environment.
  • Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, etc.).
  • Proficiency required on Microsoft products; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional Organizational and Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self starter, flexible and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship

 

Specialized Knowledge and/or Licenses 
Property and Casualty Producer License, where required 
AINS and other specialized designations as appropriate 

 

Working Conditions 
Office environment with moderate noise level; able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong offices as directed. 

 

Salary for this position ranges from $26.00 - $30.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors 
such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be made on a 
case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based 
incentives. Qualifying positions will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, such as participation in family 
medical and dental insurance programs, 401K plan, and PTO.
