Summary:
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive information technology solutions that span the entire organization. This role requires envisioning how various technology components integrate to enhance business processes and user experiences. The architect collaborates with diverse teams to ensure that the solutions align with strategic goals and industry standards, continuously exploring innovative approaches to improve product quality and operational efficiency. The position demands a forward-thinking mindset to anticipate future technology trends and their potential impact on the enterprise landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of architectural strategies that support business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure architectures that meet business and technical requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud communication platforms.
- Familiarity with best practices in system design, deployment, and maintenance within cloud ecosystems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
