Position Summary

Mortgage Finder is looking for a dynamic and driven Emirati Business Development Manager to help us expand our market presence through strategic partnerships with real estate developers, real agencies, property management companies and other relevant entities. The successful candidate will also spearhead the development of a corporate benefits program, offering Mortgage Finder’s services to large employers across the UAE. This role combines salary and commission, rewarding achievement in driving revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Identify and develop partnerships with real estate developers, agencies, property management companies, wealth advisors, and other relevant channels.
  • Establish a corporate benefits program targeting large employers to offer our mortgage advisory services to their employees.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate qualified leads for Mortgage Finder.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align partner strategies and ensure successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and build brand awareness for Mortgage Finder.
  • Meet revenue targets, ensuring effective execution of partnership and corporate programs.

Qualifications:

  • Nationality: Emirati 
  • Experience: 3-5 years of business development experience, ideally working with a local bank, real estate developer, or service provider within the real estate ecosystem.
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate, financial, or corporate sector.
  • Proven ability to build and manage channel partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a dynamic environment.
