Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired requirements. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress, addressing challenges, and driving the team towards successful delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex workflows and campaign management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and database management within marketing platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaign execution and automation.
- Familiarity with scripting and customization to tailor Adobe Campaign Classic functionalities to business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
