These skills will be used to:

Permit Coordinator:

  • Assist the Permit team in the daily operations of applying, checking status and the distribution of all required permits for the homebuilding departments.
  • This role will help prepare the individual in operational organization, management of departments that do not report directly to them but have a major impact on the overall organization's success.
  • Gain exposure to construction blueprints, government applications for various stages of the construction industry.

Closing Coordinator:

  • Assist the Closing team in the daily operations of the coordination of homesite closings as well as homebuilding closings.
  • This role will help prepare the individual in operational organization, perfect for an individual considering a future as a paralegal and or a career practicing real estate law. 
  • The individual will work directly with homebuyers, title companies, developers and lenders to coordinate closings and prepare closing documents. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Must have exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.

Physical demands and overall work environment:

  • Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
  • Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
