TTS Account Services Operations has a core set of the critical processes.

This process is allocated within a Client-facing Team.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a complete review and due diligence of the documentation ensuring all Citi, Constitutive documents provided are in order as per the country schedule and in line with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring that all queries are responded to within SLA timeframes
  • Co-operation with other Citi units and people specified in procedures, including communication with Branches/ internal and external Clients, as required in BAU
  • Engaging with manage of the projects spanning: Market/Regulatory initiatives, Technology/Platform roll outs, migrations between various internal/external sources; responsibility may include coordination and input on project delivery (planning, analysis, requirements gathering, governance, status reporting, scheduling etc)
  • Develop and leverage strong working relationships across the region and with External Clients during email communication and calls
  • Work with local and regional Operations and Product team to identify gaps/trends in service requirements and pro-actively suggest procedure/process enhancements to increase efficiency of service offering

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years banking experience
  • Customer communication experience (internal/external)
  • Experience of working in a process driven, documentation or legal environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, positive and dynamic attitude to work
  • Client and process orientation, professionalism, proactive and strong client focus
