Role summary:

Support various HR Operations programs including Continuous Improvement (CI) and Project Management.  Establish new or improve existing processes and programs where needed. 

Your role:

  • Drive and project manage continuous improvement cases through internal governance and implementation process

  • Partner with subject matter experts and global process owners across HR on solution design

  • Support knowledge management strategy for HR content to ensure our associates always have accurate information available

  • Use metrics and data to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement

  • Partner on designing and implementing project management standards and best practices across HR

  • Act as case manager for international assignees or newly hired associates, review cost estimates, engage with service providers and provide support where needed

  • Establish credibility within the organization by providing guidance and support based on expertise

  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility by driving resolutions in a timely and thorough manner

Your profile:

  • Certification, Associate’s Degree or higher in Human Resources

  • Ideally 3 years of experience with a focus in HR Operations

  • Previous record of experience with HR projects

  • Proficient in content design, with the ability to create logical and easy to navigate materials

  • Effective communicator, translating complicated processes in a clear and succinct manner with various audiences

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Resourcefulness and ability to find answers quickly 

  • Adaptable to different customer types and situations 

  • Strong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authority

  • Continuous improvement service delivery experience

  • Experience with working with, presenting and exposure to senior leadership

  • Strong decision-making capability, act with confidence and sense of urgency in ambiguous situations
