In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Europe finance departments, working closely with Treasury, Accounting, and Tax teams. Key duties include administering the Treasury Management System, coordinating meetings, managing contracts and office equipment, and maintaining digital resources. The role also involves coordinating training sessions and ensuring a well-organized office environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide support for European Treasury, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure seamless financial processes across the region.
Oversee the administration of the Treasury Management System, handling essential treasury tasks to optimize financial efficiency.
Coordinate and manage a variety of office topics, fostering an organized and productive work environment.
Plan, schedule, and facilitate both internal and external meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Administer and manage contracts using DocuSign, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
Implement and maintain an organized contract archiving system to support quick retrieval and secure storage.
Coordinate the ordering and management of IT and office equipment to support business continuity and employee productivity.
Administer local SharePoint and Finance Intranet pages, keeping digital resources up-to-date and accessible for the team.
Organize and coordinate training sessions to support ongoing professional development within the department.
Serve as a reliable backup for Frankfurt colleagues, ensuring uninterrupted support and coverage during absences.
REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not essential as we also look for equivalent experience.
Demonstrated professional expertise and a history of contributing valuable insights and successful outcomes to the team.
A keen interest in financial responsibilities, with enthusiasm for contributing to treasury and office management tasks
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, enabling effective data handling and impactful presentations
Fluent in English with conversational German skills, fostering inclusive communication and collaboration within international teams
Collaborative and sociable team player, dedicated to building positive relationships and supporting a welcoming work culture
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear, professional, and engaging interactions with colleagues and stakeholders
