Advanced Equipment Engineer

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

• Review and manage the equipment and tooling in production line

• Properly define preventive & predictive maintenance plan, calibration plan, back-up plan

• Sorting equipment profiles and vendors

• Setup test environment

• Train operators on site

• Make continuous improvement on mechanical & electrical safety and production efficiency

You are responsible for

• Equipment life cycle management (including localization, setup, acceptance, sustaining maintenance, trouble shooting and upgrade, etc.) that comply with QMS

• Continuous improvement for production with engineering level

• Equipment CAPEX management, data collection & analysis

• Drive standardization, automation, visualization, modulization, digitalization and TPM for future of factory

• Initiate LEAN and KAIZEN actions to improve equipment safety and efficiency.

• Support TUV, FDA, NMPA, etc. to fulfil QMS requirements

• Complete other related works which are assigned by manager

You are a part of

• A professional site production equipment team

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor or above degree in electronics on industrial engineering field with strong technical and engineering understanding, MS preferred.

• Expert experience in mechanical, electrical, test equipment;

• Above 10 years’ working experience in manufacturing on assembly, test equipment, equipment automation and digitization (preferred), tool management, the equipment development (programming);

• Good project management, teamwork, collaboration & communication skills;

• Take ownership, strong execution and follow up;

• English reading and writing ability; Speaking and listening are preferred.

• Mechanical, electrical diagram and P&ID reading ability
