What You'll Bring:

The Administrator II, (Facilities Planning) at TransUnion supports our facilities team at headquarters. You will manage external vendors including janitorial, trades/construction contractors, and service providers. You will assist the team with booking auditorium and training rooms for internal customers, with duties including setting customer expectations, logistics planning, and communication to all process stakeholders.  Administrative responsibilities in this role will also include invoice processing, Coupa research and processing, creating purchase requisitions, engineer support, project support and mailroom support.  Supporting Global Facilities including assisting with TU Concierge/Remedy tickets and iOffice is also expected as well as other duties as assigned.

  • This position requires 2 years of progressive experience in similar capacity.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.
  • This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in-person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
  • This role reports directly to Senior Lead, Chicago Office.
