Job Description:

Position Summary

The Marketing Supervisor for HISLA will play a critical role in defining, governing, and executing the Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement strategy across the NH, SH, and MX hubs. This position ensures strategic alignment from Opt‑in activation to governance, driving a consistent and high‑quality customer engagement experience throughout the region.

The role also centralizes HISLA’s regional event planning, vendor negotiations, and operational execution, in addition to leading the deployment of new digital platforms—such as JJVPRO—at the country level. This leadership position is fundamental to ensuring consistent execution, enhancing regional integration, and enabling the delivery of key marketing and P&L growth priorities for BP26.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & HCP Engagement

  • Define and govern the HCP engagement strategy across NH, SH, and MX.

  • Ensure consistent execution of HCP engagement processes, from Opt‑in strategy to compliance and governance.

  • Partner with country and regional teams to align messaging, customer touchpoints, and engagement experience.

2. Event Planning & Regional Coordination

  • Consolidate planning, negotiation, and execution of HISLA internal and external events.

  • Lead coordination of regional congresses, educational programs, professional events, and cross‑hub activities.

  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to ensure flawless execution aligned with brand standards.

3. Digital Platform Deployment

  • Lead deployment and adoption of new digital platforms (e.g., JJVPRO) at the country level.

  • Ensure consistent usage, performance tracking, and alignment with overall digital strategy.

4. Governance & Cross‑Hub Integration

  • Establish operational governance frameworks that ensure consistent marketing execution across hubs.

  • Monitor KPIs and performance indicators to support data‑driven decision‑making.

  • Identify operational gaps and foster collaboration to strengthen integration between NH, SH, and MX.

5. Business Impact & Risk Mitigation

  • Drive marketing deliverables tied to BP26 P&L growth priorities.

  • Ensure alignment with budget expectations, compliance guidelines, and business planning timelines.

  • Mitigate risks of fragmented execution, lack of consistency, or misalignment across hubs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Experience in marketing execution, customer engagement programs, or regional coordination for Medical Devices

  • Desirable experience with ophthalmology

  • Strong organizational and project‑management skills.

  • Ability to operate with cross‑functional teams across multiple countries.

  • Experience with digital platforms and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
