Living Support Manager (Non-Clinical)

We have an exciting new opportunity for Living Support Manager (Non-clinical) to join our dynamic team at St Vincent’s Care Services Yennora.

St Vincent's Care Services Yennora (locally known as Rosary Village) is a 141-bed facility located approximately 29km from Sydney's CBD.

As a Living Support Manager, you will report directly to the Facility Manager and will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The role will showcase your unique ability to work collaboratively with other members of the senior team whilst leading and guiding our non-clinical team (Personal Care, Lifestyle and Hotel Services team) to ensure your resident centred care and daily preferences are maintained.

We are seeking people who are passionate about providing care that is sensitive to resident’s individualised needs, preferences and choices and are committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.

2x Full time roles with 76 hours per fortnight.

Things that work for us:

  • Previous leadership experience in an aged care home essential.
  • Advanced communications skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to meet competing and challenging priorities
  • Have demonstrated abilities in change management processes
  • An understanding on coaching, training and developing teams and team culture
  • Registration with a professional body or tertiary qualifications and experience in human or community services, Certificate III / IV in Ageing essential.
  • An understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health, including a commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of the organisation and an ability to promote the behavioural expectations in line with this philosophy.
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS clearance will be a requirement for this role.
