Business Process Engineer- Process Owner: Field (Greater Asia and India)

The Process Owner will be responsible for overseeing the design, optimization, and performance of key business processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a track record of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, document, and optimize assigned business processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and goals.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of assigned processes.

  • Continuously monitor process performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve workflow, and drive operational excellence.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing assigned processes.

  • Lead change management initiatives related to process improvements, including assessing impacts, obtaining stakeholder buy-in, and implementing changes.

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to personnel involved in the execution of assigned processes to ensure understanding and adherence to process requirements.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, cross functional team, and teams to facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration on process-related initiatives.

  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to assigned processes, and incorporate relevant insights into process optimization efforts.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging feedback, sharing best practices, and championing process excellence initiatives.
