Support Our Community through Ambulatory Care

At NewYork-Presbyterian, our ambulatory care teams have expertise in providing community minded and effective treatments that contribute to the quality of life and health of our patients. We have specialty programs dedicated to the care our community across the lifespan from infant/child through adult/aging populations. Our team includes physicians, psychologists, social workers, nurses, medical assistants, patient financial advisors, operators and others with experience and commitment to our community.

Program Coordinator – Ambulatory Care – Columbia

Under the guidance of the Practice Administrator, the Program Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the coordination, implementation and administrative duties for assigned department and program. Duties may include office management, special projects with nursing teams, reporting out on deliverables and some calendar management. Supervises program staff and day-to-day operations. Coordinates logistics of meetings, site visits, and other program events. Makes calendar arrangements when required. Participates in the strategic planning process for program.

This position will provide support to Ambulatory Care Specialties and Central Programs. 

Preferred Criteria

  • Experience in a community based setting
  • Experience with data management and analysis
  • Proficiency with Epic
  • Proficiency with Kronos
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in a past-paced environment

Required Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and able to work with diverse community groups and multi-task

$58,500-$79,000
