This position requires up to 60% travel within Europe.

Occasional presence in the Piacenza office required.

Primarily responsible for the research and identification of service contract opportunities within direct and indirect ZOLL customer markets.

Essential Functions:

  • Channel Partner Service support, build and nurture relationships with indirect sales channels supporting the growth of service 
  • Direct Service Support, build and nurture relationships with direct end users supporting the growth of service within direct service regions
  • Sales enablement, train and support channel partners to ensure they are equipped with servicing tools and knowledge to promote and sell services
  • Revenue Growth Identify and research the market share to best understand the servicing landscape
  • Service contracts, responsible for service contracts and post-equipment, identify, research and prepare contract quote
    • Promote service contracts to customers with i.e., factory warranty or a lapse in warranty
  • Performance Tracking Regular written structured reporting, and completion of management reporting tools
  • Tender support, work closely with authorised service providers, business partners and internal sales team on tenders.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3+ years proven track record of success within service contracts preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Fluency in Italian and very strong English
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
