We are currently looking for:

Security Delivery Lead

Job location: Slovakia

The Security Delivery Lead is responsible for the information security governance and information security risk management for the assigned accounts. He/she also provides leadership for security escalations, compliance and audit activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage client relationships in the area of IT security and compliance
• Act as the main point of contact for security-related topics within the account
• Ensure DXC service compliance with contractual security obligations
• Translate customer security requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans
• Lead security innovation and identify upsell opportunities
• Oversee account-level security planning, reporting, and governance
• Coordinate risk management and maintain the security risk register
• Manage and support internal and external audits, including evidence collection and remediation tracking
• Lead security aspects of transition and transformation activities
• Provide security training and awareness programs for delivery teams
• Act as a security SME, supporting teams with policy alignment, risk mitigation, and best practices

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years professional experience in Information Security or IT Audit
• Experience in at least one of the industry standards (e.g. ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOX, HIPAA, ISAE3402 Type II and local regulations)
• Practical experience in Project Management
• Excellent knowledge of Information Security and technology
• Good knowledge of the latest IT technologies
• Understanding of ITIL Service Delivery Framework

• Fluent in English language
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills
• Good communication skills and customer centric focus - ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all customers, partners and users, internal and external
• Understanding of 24x7 mission critical enterprise computing environments and the impact of service disruption on a company’s bottom line
• Ability to pro-actively learn new technology, processes and develop other skills
• Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks, problems and requests in a high-pressure environment
• Leadership skills
