The Directed Spend team at CVS is one of the fastest growing business units in the enterprise and is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses.
In this role, you will be responsible for the in-store manifestation of CVS’s Directed Spend programs, including Supplemental Benefits / OTCHS, HSA/FSA, SNAP/EBT and responsible for managing the OTC and Food benefits catalog.
The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and able to excel in a wide variety of areas – including leading vendor negotiations, data synthesizing and analytics, internal/external stakeholder management, and retail assortment strategies. Furthermore, the ideal individual should be self-motivated, demonstrate executive presence, and be able to act as a strategic thought partner to both enterprise leaders and external clients.
In this role, the Senior Manager, Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend will work cross-functionally with our inventory, supply chain, retail IT, digital product, marketing, CMX, merchandising, and Store Operations teams.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
