Role Overview: This role focuses on quality assurance for middleware and integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and communication between various applications and platforms. You will use automation tools to validate integration processes, automate server builds, and manage middleware environments. A background in integration technologies and automation is essential.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate middleware and integration solutions using automation scripts (SiPp, Tsung, and Bash).
- Automate server build processes and manage middleware deployments using Ansible.
- Build and configure middleware solutions to integrate Cisco Broadsoft, Sonus SBC, and other telecom systems with various platforms.
- Manage middleware platforms and private cloud infrastructures, such as RHVM on HPE Synergy platforms.
- Automate testing of middleware applications and integration layers to ensure seamless communication between systems.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to identify technical requirements and integration specifications.
- Ensure middleware systems meet quality assurance standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Write and execute automated test suites for middleware solutions, ensuring data integrity and performance across integrated systems.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure middleware integration follows best practices.
- Perform troubleshooting for integration issues, network connectivity, and communication failures between systems.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience validating middleware and integration solutions using SiPp, Tsung, and Bash scripts.
- Experience automating server builds and middleware deployments using Ansible.
- Proven experience in integrating voice systems (Cisco Broadsoft, Sonus SBC) with other platforms and applications.
- Hands-on experience managing private clouds and middleware environments (RHVM, HPE Synergy).
- Strong understanding of middleware technologies and integration testing practices.
- Experience in network troubleshooting for routers, switches, and middleware communication.
