For our Nissan Belux office we are looking for a dynamic Section Manager, Field Operations.  

Location: Strombeek-Bever, Belgium

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Section Manager for Field Operations with extensive knowledge in automotive distribution, car sales, and dealer networks. The ideal candidate will excel in setting budgets and targets, possess strong analytical capabilities, and demonstrate exceptional proficiency in Excel. Above all, we value strong people management skills to lead and inspire our team. He/she will coach and steer 3 Sales Performance Managers. Nissan Belgium and Luxembourg is part of Nissan Benelux business unit and report to the Nissan Belux Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee automotive distribution channels and optimize car sales strategies and tactics within the dealer network.
  • Set and manage budgets and sales targets to align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and operational metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and his/her team to ensure effective communication and alignment with company standards.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for reporting, data analysis, and decision support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive distribution, car sales, and managing dealer networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to set and manage budgets and sales targets effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
