As we continue our exciting growth across Australia, we're opening our second store in Geraldton and are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of Store Manager at Geraldton Central.

This is a unique opportunity to launch a brand-new store, create local employment opportunities, build meaningful connections within the community, and establish a team culture that reflects the values of one of Australia's most recognised retail brands.

You'll be supported every step of the way by our experienced Field Team, the established Geraldton North Store, and award-winning training programs. Working together, we'll continue to grow 7-Eleven's presence in Geraldton while delivering exceptional convenience, great service, and a positive impact for the local community every day.

What you'll be doing

Running the store as if it were your own business, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain outstanding store standards
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace culture
  • Drive store performance through KPIs, targets, and financial results
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Build strong connections with customers and the local community
  • Establish Geraldton Central as the destination convenience store in the area
