This Position reports to:
HR Operations Team Lead
You have over 2 years of experience in C&B processes for companies with over 1 000 employees.
You are highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and have experience working with HR systems. Exposure to SAP tools is a strong plus.
Experience in payroll and polish labor law knowledge is a plus.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of HR Shared Services operations, with previous experience in a global company being a strong advantage.
You are focused on accuracy and efficiency, demonstrating analytical skills, attention to detail, and a motivated problem-solving mindset.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, reflecting a solid educational background.
You are at ease communicating in English and Polish, ensuring effective collaboration in an international business environment.
