Position Summary
The Commissions Product Owner is responsible for the technical ownership of the Commissions Calculation and Reporting systems including SAP Hana along with the related data flows and architecture. This person would work along with other technical and functional resources to support all aspects of the environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Responsibility for technical designs and execution from end to end to create systems as standard and sustainable as possible.
Partnering closely with business partners understanding their processes to propose and own technical solutions.
Building relationships with vendors and contractors to utilize the best resources available to solve complex technical opportunities.
Leading large projects being responsible for all aspects including timelines, estimating, and designs.
Wholly being responsible for the well being of the product from ensuring system performance, required maintenance, and efficient design.
Creating and maintaining the product roadmap outlining key dates, initiatives, and features and aligning with business needs, product roadmaps, and technology advancements.
Engaging with stakeholders throughout finance and IT at all levels of the organization communicating vision ensuring alignment with goals and expectations.
Ensuring there is comprehensive documentation of the system landscape, business, and technical specifications, and that they are kept updated.
Providing guidance, support to the development, QA, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
7+ years' experience with finance, and technology and how they relate in Paying Broker Commissions.
5+ years' experience with budget and forecasting processes and systems supporting them.
Strength in innovating into new products and optimizing existing technologies.
Knowledge and experience in implementing advanced analytic tools.
Education
Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$130,295.00 - $260,590.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
