What You’ll Do
Architect and develop full-stack AI/ML applications using modern frameworks and tools.
Build scalable, secure backend APIs and microservices optimized for performance.
Design and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines for AI-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring for robust deployments.
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, user-focused solutions.
Establish and promote software engineering best practices, including code quality, security, and DevOps.
Conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and uphold high standards for reliability.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, with expertise in frameworks like FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools like Lambda, Cloud Functions, or BigQuery.
Proficiency with message queue systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) for scalable data streaming.
Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, BigQuery) and data modeling practices.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Skilled in testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, JUnit, Jest) and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for troubleshooting and analytics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to guide non-engineers and work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Passion for adopting new technologies and maintaining high standards for code quality and system reliability.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
