The opportunity:

As a Partnership Services Coordinator you’ll ensure a superior service experience for our partners and advisers, making it easy for them to do business with AIA. Ensuring that all partners and advisers are set up and maintained in line with AIA's commercial, regulatory, and legal obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sale and purchase service for insurance portfolios.

  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of adviser data by following set processes.

  • Validating regulation requirements for advisers and maintain compliance.

  • Providing administration support and services for all sales channels

  • Assisting both internal and external customers with information around Adviser agencies, client listings, etc.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Initiative – you’re a self-starter who can act independently and initiate positive change in processes, practices or issues facing the business

  • Attention to detail – you can focus and manage micro information and accurate data input

  • Accountability – you take responsibility for achieving results on time and within appropriate policy and/or procedures

  • Communication – you effectively and clearly communicate verbally and in written form to ensure issues are raised and resolved in a timely manner

  • Strong analytical skills – you’re comfortable using Excel and can effectively analyse and clearly communicate trends/findings identified within large sets of data.
