The Senior Director, Finance is a senior financial leader within Oshkosh Corporation’s Transport segment, providing comprehensive accounting and finance leadership to the Defense business unit. This role has a broad scope and significant impact, with ultimate accountability for accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, statutory compliance, adherence to federal regulations and continuous improvement. The position supports disciplined execution, operational excellence and scalable growth within a complex environment.
Reporting to the Transport Segment Vice President of Finance, the Senior Director partners closely with Defense business unit leadership, Transport segment leadership and the Corporate Controller’s office. The role is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Pay Range:
$158,600.00 - $301,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
