Job Description Summary:

The Office Manager directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions at the OhioHealth Physician Group Primary Care in London, OH. They are responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, and operating and capital budgets, as well as implementing and supporting policies and procedures. This person will work effectively with physicians and other care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies. In addition, the office manager provides education and coaching support to staff and acts as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration, or related field
Years of experience: 3

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Healthcare or Business Administration or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of related health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, including 2 years of supervision or management experience
