Job Description:

SCOPE: The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks related to patient safety, clinical practices, and healthcare operations within a medical facility. This role involves evaluating medical practices, developing risk management strategies, implementing safety programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The goal is to minimize risks, prevent adverse events, and improve overall patient care and safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare risk management, patient safety, or clinical operations.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or similar certification preferred.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS/ABILITIES:    
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and influence teams across various departments.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
