Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. The position also requires researching new information and integrating updated content to keep websites current and engaging for users. Collaboration with team members to maintain and enhance web functionalities is an ongoing activity throughout the day.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web components.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM CICS (Customer Information Control System).
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting web-based applications.
- Ability to write clear and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM CICS (Customer Information Control System).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
