Job Summary:

Member Engagement Specialist II is responsible to serve as point of contact for value added benefits and direct them to the appropriate process for benefits.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer and route incoming inquiries to proper personnel or initiate intake process for extra benefits and rewards
  • Support the planning and implementation the Member Advisory Committees by line of business
  • Collaborate with business owners to share insights and drive market/product improvement plans
  • Create and maintain electronic files for Member Engagement and the Member Advisory Committee
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation
  • Actively participate in team and program meetings
  • Maintain basic knowledge of department and market activities related to member engagement and retention
  • Ensure that member related contractual requirements are compliant
  • Support the development and implementation of member engagement and retention initiatives
  • Perform data entry and basic analysis, including specialization in pulling specific reports as needed
  • Support the development and implementation of community engagement programs and partnerships
  • Support the development and implementation of incentive retail strategy
  • Functions as the department’s Purchase Coordinator for handling vendor payments and the billing process for club memberships
  • Supports vendor management
  • Support internal teams that drive engagement and retention efforts
  • Support outbound calls and member projects.
  • Provide assistance to Life Services staff with enrollment process of members within Life Services 
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent years of work experience is preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support or customer service required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience engaging customers telephonically
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level of professionalism

  • Proficient in database management
  • Experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • Experience within Clinical Care Advance (CCA) and Streamline preferred

Licensure and Certification:

  • None

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range:

$35,200.00 - $56,200.00

In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
