Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong guest relationships by delivering warm, professional, and customer‑centric service, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and hospitality skills.
- Manage a designated portfolio of high‑value members, ensuring they receive premium service experiences aligned with their membership tiers.
- Provide highly personalized guest services, including but not limited to arranging hotel accommodations, dining reservations, transportation, entertainment activities, and supporting promotional or business initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate new customer prospects, encourage potential guests to enroll in membership programs, and promote relevant gaming and hospitality offerings.
- Regularly share the latest company promotions with clients and, when required, represent the company in external visits to deepen engagement and understanding of premium customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service relevant experience in a five‑star hotel or casino.
- Good grooming and presentable
- Excellent command of Cantonese and Mandarin
