What you'll do:
Develop analytical frameworks and models that shape decision-making across customer behavior modeling, catalog enrichment, search and ads integration, recommendations, payments, and agentic commerce.
Identify, design, and evaluate high-impact features. Simulate large-scale customer and business outcomes to assess trade-offs and optimize performance metrics.
Apply optimization, causal inference, and advanced statistical techniques to improve personalization, ranking, pricing, and recommendation accuracy. Design experiments and measure impact rigorously.
Deeply analyze customer and operational data to uncover actionable insights that drive strategy, growth, and efficiency across the eCommerce journey.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and strategy leaders to ensure analytical solutions align with business priorities and drive measurable results.
Lead strategic discussions on how data and AI can transform eCommerce. Influence roadmaps and establish best practices for data-driven decision-making across teams.
