About the role:

This role will partner with GR&C and business colleagues globally to ensure risk data is converted into actionable insights, fostering a data-driven culture, and enabling strategic decision-making.
As a key partner to the Group CRO and her senior leadership team, the Head of Enterprise Risk Reporting, Data & Analytics will ensure data accuracy, create streamlined reporting processes, and support GR&C data initiatives that drive FNZ business growth and operational efficiency.
This is a dual role which has been created to act as the gatekeeper for the GRC with oversight of users, reporting and data integrity while delivering training and support to the wider enterprise. A key aspect of the role will be to lead the effective design, development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc Group CRO reporting to executive management, Board and Risk Committees.
This includes providing insight, creating automated workflows, report production and management information for enterprise risk, ensuring it meets the needs of desired audience(s) and supports effective decision-making. Additionally, this role will maintain the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems and will be the business SME in for the development and operation of these. GRC is a core component of FNZ’s Risk Framework and is integral in delivering the requirements of our enterprise-wide risk management policies. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of data-driven, risk-smart decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate is an innovative leader with a passion for leveraging data to drive business success and enhance operational efficiency.
