What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate accurate and timely deliveries
• Complete delivery tickets and maintain required operational and safety documentation
• Follow all company safety policies while providing professional customer service

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and maintain situational awareness
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and customers
• Capability to perform physical job tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors
• Reliable, detail-oriented individual with sound decision-making skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
