What you will do:
The Sales Executive will focus on facilitating deals through relationships and offering a win strategy to the process. They will represent Products Client Group Services and will develop and grow client relationships to deepen our opportunities for sales in the technology, strategy and operations domain and will be responsible for day-to-day sales management, with emphasis on opportunity qualification, win strategy definition/execution, proposal development, orals presentation, and support of contract negotiations. The successful candidate will apply Accenture's corporate strategies, client service group priorities, and formal sales management processes to secure new contracts and deliver sales that meet or exceed financial goals within acceptable risk parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales: Developing, Validating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
• Provides solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Manages large work efforts as an individual contributor within Accenture.
Here's what you need:
• 5+ years of experience in sales within Retail, CPG and/or Grocery industry sector
• 8+ years of experience in sales for a large Consulting, Technology and/or Outsourcing Services provider.
• 3+ years’ record of sales quota attainment against a minimum annual US$20M quota number
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

• Client facing (from deal qualification through close)
• Ability to network across Accenture
• High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal
• Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
