What You Will Do
• Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service.
• Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders are completed on time and accurately.
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Conduct daily safety walks, maintain hazard-free staging areas, and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance.
• Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed.
• Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow all safety requirements.
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met.
• Powered Equipment Certification: Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck (Required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED and 3-5 Years of retail, operations, or fulfillment experience
• 1-2 Years Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience coaching and training associates.
• 1-2 Years Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• 1-2 Years Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• 1-2 Years Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Operate tools and power equipment at heights 20+ feet (ladders, stairs, forklift, order picker, etc.)
• Ability to walk and stand continuously throughout all areas of a store 15k+ steps daily.
• Basic skills to use technology such as smartphone and other general computer equipment.
• Ability to look, listen and to communicate verbally with others.
• Forklift Certification Obtaining certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck and Order Picker is required for this role.

Preferred Work Experience
• 1-2 Years Working knowledge of fulfillment systems, inventory processes, and safety compliance standards.

Pay Range: $26.50 - $29.65 per hour
