The Global Badging Services Lead will be responsible for overseeing the global badging operations, ensuring the security and efficiency of our badging processes across all company locations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of security protocols and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage the global badging team program, oversee contractor regional team members assigned, providing direction, support, - 
- Update and document global badging policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all locations.
- Collaborate with regional security teams, real estate work place services to ensure alignment and integration of badging services.

Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the issuance, management, and deactivation of employee and contractor badges.
- Ensure the integrity and security of the badging system, including regular audits and updates as assigned.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to badging services.
- Regional inventory management 

Security and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate identified risks.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in security and badging.

Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, interns and contractors regarding badging issues and inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a feedback system to continuously improve the badging process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with a focus on badging services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of security systems and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with global operations and managing remote teams.
- Certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP).
- Proficiency in security management software and systems.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $87,200 to $119,900.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
