MICHELIN IN INDONESIA

Michelin operates in Indonesia as part of the global Michelin Group, with activities spanning from corporate management, tire manufacturing, and rubber supply. Our presence includes PT Michelin Indonesia in Jakarta as the corporate hub, PT Multistrada Arah Sarana in Cikarang, West Java as the main tire manufacturing site, PT Synthetic Rubber Indonesia in Banten as a joint venture with PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk, and PT Royal Lestari Utama operating sustainable natural rubber plantations in Jambi and East Kalimantan.

MISSION: 

As Michelin Indonesia management trainee, you will join a 10-month journey of exciting projects, training, and leadership exposure. Your mission is to execute a strategic project that is highly valuable to Michelin Indonesia and beyond.

Along the journey, we will support you with the tools, skill developments, and exposure across Michelin group to help you unlock your fill potential!

Passed the program with flying colors and you will be offered permanent employment in Michelin companies and invited to visit our Regional Headquarter in Thailand.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Required: 

• Obtained a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields aligned with the department (e.g Production / Quality / Industrial Engineering / Agronomist / Supply Chain / Finance / Marketing)
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools
• Business proficiency in English (B2) and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong analytical thinking, learning agility, communication skills, and ownership mindset

Preferred:  

• Internship or project experience in a related function is a plus
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments is an advantage
