Product Designer

Summary

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Knowledge Graph Intelligence team, which focuses on developing technical applications for investment operations. You should have a demonstrated track record of designing successful products within the financial services industry and be able to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and end-users.

What you’ll do

  • Execute the design process for new features and improvements, from concept to delivery, for our suite of investment applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that adhere to and contribute to our design system.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to a culture of design thinking and customer-centricity within the team.
  • Measure and analyze user engagement with the product to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team to foster innovation.

 What’s required

  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX design, particularly in the context of web applications for financial services or similar complex domains.
  • At least 4 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering user-centric solutions in an agile development environment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Passionate about understanding the needs of users and have experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • A degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
