Procurement and Third-Party Management (P&TPM) is responsible for procuring products and services for Citigroup and manages the risks associated with Citi’s use of and reliance upon third party relationships, including outsourced arrangements, across all business lines and locations. P&TPM defines and oversees the implementation of policies and standards that provide controls to assess and manage risks related to Citi’s third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements. The goal of P&TPM is to support Citi’s selection and management of third parties capable of providing products and services in a safe and sound manner and at a reasonable cost and to manage the risks associated with third parties.

Citi is currently seeking a Third-Party Management professional to join the team to support the United Kingdom in ongoing compliance with local regulations (PRA SS2/21) supported by Citi’s TPM Program.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new and material changes to Third Party relationships received by the UK directly or indirectly via Inter-affiliate subcontracting including maintaining required processes document and evidence of execution / approvals.
• Work with Initiative Owners to ensure that they are aware that they are not able to go live until reviewed by the UK Outsourcing and TPM Committee for materiality. Any deviations will need to be escalated to the UK TPM Head.
• Work with Initiative Owner to ensure that required initiative and risk information is captured correctly within UK materiality forms, including UK Senior Manager / Delegate approvals and Product / Function ICRM approval to proceed.
• Ensure that all Initiative Documentation and approvals are stored with the Initiatives folder within the Shared Drive.
• Complete a quality assurance check to ensure that materiality forms are complete and aligned to golden source data.
• Deputise for UK TPM Governance lead
• Work with UK Service Recipient Owners and Business Activity Owners to ensure appropriate controls are in place and effective for Material Arrangements.
• Interpretation and implementation of the UK Regulators Material outsourcing register requirements including engagement of 2nd and 3rd line to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Work with Initiative Owners to ensure that regulatory notifications are sent to the UK Regulators by action due date / prior to implementation of material outsourcing / Third Party relationships.
• Work with Procurement, BAOs and Sourcing Managers to ensure the material Third Party Relationships include EBA Outsourcing requirements.
• Drive change and challenge existing process for improvement.
• Support the UK Outsourcing and TPM Committee as requested.
• Any other tasks / projects delegated by the Outsourcing and TPM UK Head.

• Experience in managing to regulatory requirements.
• Beneficial to have experience or good understanding of Citi TPM Policy and Standards and the TPM Life Cycle phases.
• Proven excellent skills in Microsoft Office products (excel, power-point, word, access) and other collaboration tool.
