Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives offering guidance and support for individual and team development, while also establishing strong client relationships for sustained revenue growth. The service offerings primarily focus on PC Lifecycle and Factory Services. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the services sector, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to business development. The role allocates resources effectively and optimizes sales processes by leveraging technology while focusing on customer retention and growth. The facilitates collaboration with internal teams and partners to maximize customer satisfaction ensuring overall sales success.
Responsibilities
- Oversees a team of individual contributors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the development of individual team members and the overall effectiveness of the sales efforts.
- Sales Strategy Development - Develops and implements comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to expand the customer base and meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Team Management – Lead, mentor, develop and maintain high-performance sales culture and ensure team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
- Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Account Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Solution Selling - Understand customer needs and provide tailored service solutions that address their specific challenges and goals.
- Sales Presentations - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Contract Negotiation - Negotiate terms and conditions of service agreements to secure profitable deals and Proposals
- Market Analysis - Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manages the allocation of inside sales resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to maximize sales productivity.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.
