Summary The Advanced Application Engineer leads the design and delivery of innovative tech solutions in financial services. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in cross-functional teams, and a focus on digital transformation, Gen AI adoption, and regulatory compliance. Roles and Responsibilities - Act as a technical and domain SME - Lead cross-functional strategy and stakeholder workshops - Deliver impactful, scalable programs - Mentor junior engineers and foster innovation - Align solutions with financial services needs - Ensure compliance with regulatory and IT governance standards - Drive Gen AI use cases in automation and analytics - Support digital transformation initiatives Professional & Technical Skills: - Proven end-to-end program delivery - Effective stakeholder and team leadership - Expertise in: Enterprise platforms, cloud, integration - Gen AI tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio) - Financial systems (banking, payments, trading) - Compliance (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR) - Financial analytics and automation Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FS industry. - A 15 years full time education is required.
