Primary Job Function:

To achieve sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop key customer accounts.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure that the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible.
  • Report customer complaint to QA and resolve customer complaints if they arise.
  • Negotiate agreements to generate win-win scenarios that ensure a long-term customer relationship.
  • Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
  • Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Minimum Education required:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum Experience/Knowledge required:

  • Four-year college degree-preferably in a Business or Science Discipline or equivalent.
  • Ability to translate strategy plan into tactical plan and drive projects
  • Ability to negotiation for resources
  • Ability to prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ability to analyze data to develop insight
  • Ability to effectively communicate and sell to external / internal stakeholders.
  • Territory management
  • Action planning & Budget management.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree
  • Good spoken, written and presentation skills
  • Basic to intermediate level English communication
  • Computer utilization skill
  • Womens Health Business 경험자 및 Clinic 경험자 우대합니다.
