The Financial Advisor Services (FAS) team at Vanguard is built on a foundation of growth, innovation, and resilience. We are currently seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced support environment and is passionate about helping financial advisors through responsive, high-quality service.

Primary Focus Areas

  • Inbound Queue Management: Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from financial advisors, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about market trends, Vanguard products, and competitor offerings.
  • Support Requests: Act as a key support resource for internal and external sales executives by managing administrative follow-ups, client requests, and advisor communications.
  • Advisor Engagement: Approve or reject advisor registration requests and respond to inquiries submitted via the Financial Advisor Website.
  • Sales Enablement: Generate internal reports and assist with sales/marketing material distribution to support the broader FAS Sales desk.
  • Talent Development: exposure to sales processes, advisor interactions, and product knowledge—being prepared for future careers in sales within FAS.

Qualifications

  • One year of related work experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Regulatory license/registration may be required (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC), determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
